1. Starhubgn.interauct.com ("this Site") and the StarHub Golden Numbers Auction ("StarHub GNs Auction") are Powered by InterAuct! ©. The use of this Site is governed by these Terms and Conditions
   
   The StarHub GNs Auction Process
   
   
2. You may use this Site to bid for any StarHub GN ("the Bid"). StarHub GNs available for Bidding are determined by StarHub. Any bids for numbers other than the StarHub GNs as advertised by StarHub will not be accepted.
   
   
3. StarHub GNs Auction lasts for 7 days, or such other period as may be specified by StarHub from time to time, from the date that the StarHub GNs are open for bidding, regardless of whether the online or offline bidding process is utilised, after which period the StarHub GNs Auction automatically closes. If for any reason the online and offline biddings do not commence on the same date, then the starting date of the StarHub GNs Auction shall be the earlier of the two dates.
   
   
4. Bidding is a 3-step process: (i) Registration with InterAuct!; (ii) Payment of Processing Fee of $10; (iii) Bidding using your ID and password. The detailed process is elaborated on in clauses 9 to 13.
   
   
5. The minimum Bid which you may place for each StarHub GN will be determined by StarHub. All Bids must be received by the 7th day of the auction period of the month in which the StarHub GNs Auction begins, or such other day of the month as may be specified by StarHub from time to time. Late or incomplete Bids will not be entertained or processed.
   
   
6. StarHub will allocate each StarHub GN to the highest bidder. You will be notified in writing by StarHub of the result of your Bid within 7 working days after the closing date of each StarHub GN Auction. However, StarHub reserve the right to reject any Bid in its sole discretion.
   
   
7. A successful Bidder will have to apply for StarHub's Mobile Services within 2 weeks from the date of StarHub's notification, in order to use the StarHub GN, failing which StarHub reserves the right to forfeit without any refund the StarHub GN . StarHub also reserves the right to re-offer for bidding any forfeited StarHub GN.
   
   Registration & Processing Fee
   
   
8. In order to Bid, you are first required to register with InterAuct!. Please provide truthful and accurate information as the information provided by you will be used by InterAuct! and/or StarHub to contact you.
   
   
9. After registering with InterAuct!, you will then be required to pay to StarHub the Processing Fee via your credit card. A separate Processing Fee is required for each Bid.
   
   
10. After registering and paying the Processing Fee, you will receive a system-generated ID and password, which you will need to use to Bid. An e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address which you had entered upon registration, confirming your ID and password.
    
    
11. Each registration and payment of Processing Fee will generate 1 ID-password combination, which will be good for 1 Bid only. If you would like to Bid again for the same StarHub GN or for another StarHub GN, you have to register and pay the Processing Fee again to obtain another ID-password combination.
    
    
12. If you do not Bid despite having registered and paid the Processing Fee, your Processing Fee will NOT be refunded.
    
    
13. If you Bid but are unsuccessful in your Bid, your Processing Fee will also NOT be refunded in full.
    
    
14. If you Bid and are successful in your Bid, you will have to pay the difference between your Bid and the Processing Fee to StarHub within such period and in such manner as may be specified by StarHub.
    
    
15. If you Bid and are successful in your Bid, but do not for any reason take up the StarHub GN, your Processing Fee will NOT be refunded.
    
    Bidding
    
    
16. Bidders must be of legal age with the ability to enter into binding contracts. Notwithstanding this, StarHub and/or InterAuct! reserves the right to reject any Bid at their sole discretion.
    
    
17. Please note that by placing a Bid, you signify your intention and ability to buy the StarHub GN at your Bid price. Therefore, please exercise due consideration before you place your Bid. If you have any queries/doubts, please contact us to clarify them before you place your Bid.
    
    
18. Once you have decided to place a Bid on a StarHub GN, go to the relevant StarHub GN webpage and type in your system-generated ID and password, followed by your Bid amount. You will also be required to pay the Processing Fee at this point by using your credit card. Please note that your Processing Fee will be forfeited by StarHub if you are the sucessful Bidder of a StarHub GN but do not take up the StarHub GN at the end of the StarHub GNs Auction.

19. Please bid carefully. Once you have made a Bid, you cannot take it back. StarHub and/or InterAuct! will not entertain reasons such as not having enough budget to pay for a StarHub GN, changing your mind, etc. Fraudulent or otherwise unacceptable bidding is not permitted, and may be legally actionable.

20. This Site is run as a service for StarHub and the Web community and InterAuct! does not take any responsibility whatsoever for the StarHub GNs presented herein.
    
    
21. All Bidders who purchase any StarHub GNs from this Site, purchase the said StarHub GN, subject to these Terms and Conditions. All Bidders hereby release, waive, indemnify and covenant not to sue or take any legal action against InterAuct!'s officers, owners, shareholders, directors, agents, employees, representatives, co-sponsors, heirs, and successors (all for the purposes herein referred to as "personnel") regarding any and all liability to the Bidder, his personal representative, heirs, successors and assigns, for any and all loss or damage in any claim or demands on account of injury to the person or property, or resulting in the death or monetary loss to the Bidder, whether caused by negligence or other wrongful act or omission or otherwise which may occur, directly or indirectly from the purchase or the use of the merchandise, vehicles, and/or electronic facilities of InterAuct! or its personnel. The Bidder further expressly agrees that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Singapore law, and if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.
    
    
22. InterAuct! disclaims any warranties, whether expressed or implied, on goods or services listed on this Site. InterAuct! disclaims all other warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
    
    
23. InterAuct! cannot and does not guarantee that we will notice, prevent or disallow any inappropriate use of the Site.
    
    
24. InterAuct! cannot and does not guarantee that we will notice, prevent or disallow Bidders registering with false demographic information.
    
    
25. StarHub assumes all risk and liability arising from their offer for sale of any StarHub GN. InterAuct! cannot and does not guarantee that Bidders will complete a StarHub GN transaction. This includes but is not limited to risks associated with dealing with foreign nationals, underaged persons, or persons acting under false pretenses.
    
    
26. Completion of all StarHub GN transactions are between StarHub and the successful Bidders. InterAuct! is NOT involved in the completion.
    
    
27. StarHub may use available information about Bidders only to the extent necessary to facilitate the StarHub GNs Auction. The use of private user information, other than as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.
    
    
28. StarHub agrees to indemnify and hold InterAuct! harmless with regard to loss or damage experienced by itself or any third party through use of this Site.
29. InterAuct! reserves the right to end any StarHub GNs Auction as appropriate, at its sole discretion.
    
    
30. InterAuct! reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
    
    
31. InterAuct! cannot guarantee preservation of records, and may expire information without notice, at its sole discretion.
    
    
32. InterAuct! is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors in the system or the Internet. The system may be unavailable unexpectedly as a result of errors or circumstances beyond our control. Use InterAuct! at your own risk.
    
    
33. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. StarHub and Bidders expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute resides in the courts of Singapore. StarHub and Bidders further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in Singapore in connection with any dispute or claim arising from the use of this Site or involving InterAuct!.
    
    
34. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any prior agreements between you and InterAuct!, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    
    
35. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time and from time to time, by InterAuct! at its sole discretion.
