Golden Numbers Auction
Golden Numbers Terms and Conditions (Offline Bids)

1. Your application form for the bid of StarHub Golden Numbers ("the Bid") must be submitted to StarHub Shop, StarHub Centre, by the closing date and time stated. Late or incomplete Bids will not be entertained.
   
   

2. You can only submit Bids for advertised auction numbers. Bids for other numbers will not be entertained.

3. By placing a Bid, you confirm that you are willing to pay the stated sum to have the stated Golden Number allocated for your use.

4. Every Bid is subject to a non-refundable Processing Fee of S$10. Payment of this fee must be made during submission of Bids at the StarHub Shop, StarHub Centre. Payment for Processing Fees can be made by cash, NETS or credit card.

5. The Bid amount you indicate on the application form shall be final. StarHub will not entertain any changes in your Bid once it has been received by StarHub.

6. StarHub will allocate each advertised auction number to the highest Bid. However, StarHub reserves the right to reject any Bid at its sole discretion.

7. Successful bidders have to apply for StarHub's Mobile Service in order to use the auction number in the successful Bid. You must apply for StarHub's Mobile Service within 14 days from the date of StarHub's notification of your successful Bid. If the Golden Number is not activated within 14 days, StarHub shall have the absolute right to deal with the number as it deems appropriate without being liable to the successful bidder in damages or otherwise.

8. In addition to the terms and conditions contained herein, Bidders shall also be bound by StarHub's General, as well as Service Specific, Terms and Conditions for Info-communications Services.
