Instruction on Use of Credit Card Upon Registration
	When registering for online bidding, you will be asked to pay an a nonfundable Processing Fee of S$10. Payment is to be made using the integrated EzPay One Touch, a eNets Credit - a division of Network for Electronic Transfers (NETS), system. The system accepts credit cards from : 1) VISA and 2) MASTERCARD If you have further questions regarding online payment, please write to starhubgn@interauct.com. How secure is it? The EzPay One Touch System uses SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) standards. SET is the most secure online payment solution to date. This ensures that your credit card details are NEVER stored by the site you are using (it isn't possible) and the transmission of the details are encrypted using a strong 128-bit encryption and sent via SSL (secure socket layer), a secured channel, to the bank. Process During the 3rd part of the registration process, you will be re-directed to the EzPay One Touch System. You will be prompted for your credit card details. After you have keyed in your credit card information, the system will send the data via an SSL connection to NETS. The information is encrypted and secure. After the checks are done by NETS, you will be told whether the payment is successful. After a successful payment, you can proceed to bid on the StarHub Golden Number of your choice! If you encounter a failed / timeout situation, please click on your browser's BACK button to try again. No money will be deducted for failed / timeout situations. If in the unlikely event that such occurrences happen, StarHub will refund the Processing Fee to your account.
