Instruction Guide for Auction
	If this is the first time you're doing an online auction for StarHub Golden Numbers, and would like to how to begin, this is the place to start! Just follow the steps below and you'll soon be on your way to bidding for your favourite Golden Number from StarHub! For an illustration of the time frame for each Golden Numbers Auction, click here. Step 1: The Registration Process Before you can actually bid for the Golden Number, you would need to have yourself registered. When registering, be sure to have your credit card information with you. First, click on "Register" and you'll be taken to a page which allows you to either register as a personal bid or as a business bid. Click on the appropriate link and fill in the online form accurately. Be sure to check your form again before continuing. Step 2: Credit Card Confirmation Once you are done with the initial registration, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. On successful verification, you will be charged a $10 Processing Fee from your credit cardt. Note that one registration will only allow you to have one bid. If you are successful in your auction, you would have to pay StarHub the total bid price less the Processing Fee paid. Step 3: ID and Password Generation After the Processing Fee has been charged to your credit card, our system will generate an ID and Password page. Remember to print and/or save this page so that you do not lose your password. In addition, this same info is also sent to the email address you provided. Step 4: Going to the Golden Number page With the password and ID at hand, you can now bid for your favourite Golden Number. You should view the list of Golden Numbers, and then select the Golden Number of your choice. When you click on the Golden Number on the list, you will be taken to a page which gives you information about the Golden Number. Step 5: Bidding When you have accessed your favourite Golden Number's information page, scroll down to where you can use your ID and password to place a bid for the Golden Number. Enter the appropriate information, as well as your bid. The minimum bids for the Golden Numbers are determined by the tier which they are in. For more information, click here. When you have placed a bid that you are comfortable with, click on the submit button. You will be prompted to confirm your bid following that. Once your bid is confirmed, your bid will be placed. Step 6: End of Auction At the end of the auction, if you are the winner, StarHub will notify you of the results via email within 7 working days from the end of the auction so that they may make arrangements with you to complete the registration of the Golden Number. You have up to 2 weeks to complete the transaction or your bid of the Golden Number will be forfeited. If your bid was unsuccessful, StarHub will notify you of the results via email. ALL offline bidders will be notified of the results via post.
